My own "What Do I Eat"

Josue Lantigua, a Dominican teen, eats outside with my friends with my typical day's worth of food in Washington Heights. My astonishing typical day's worth of food throughout June contains 1,305 kcals. I'm 16 years old at a height of 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and 130 pounds. I live in a two-bedroom apartment with four siblings and my mom. I share a small room with two brothers, while my mom shares the other room with my sister. The learning process was very difficult when you have no experience of being in the kitchen, but it paid off in the end. Having energy is very important if I want to play basketball. Basketball keeps my mind off of things. The food is what makes me strive for greatness in my life.
